Also trade legal to fill FIBCs (Big Bags).
Feeders available: Gravity feed, Screw feed, Belt feed.
Various stainless steel options (304 and 316) ranging from contact parts only right through to a totally stainless steel machine.
Using our Bran+Luebbe controller the system is trade legal to a European Approval R61, and also to NWML Certificate 2682.
Options available:
- Conveyor (2m or 3m) and stitcher or heat sealer.
- Automatic sack placing.
- Simple floor mounted frame to support machine (POA).
- Enhanced frame including ladders, floor boards, railings and kick boards (to make HSE compliant).
- ATEX Zone 22 rating.
- Datalogger package to export production data to Client’s PC.
Conversions are available for our obsolete T160 bagging machine and old baggers of other manufacture to convert them into a BL160 with load cells and the Bran+Luebbe SWA2000C controller.
