Tascol Shore Engineering are specialist manufacturers of weighing, packing, batching, batch weighing, bagging and process control equipment for a variety of applications.

We also manufacture belt and continuous weighers to meet specific customer requirements. We are well respected suppliers to the foodstuffs, recycling, fuel, chemicals, mining, aggregates, brewing, grain and animal feed industries.

Our Range of bagging, weighing and control systems.

  • BAGGING MACHINES

All Tascol bagging machines available with either gravity, belt, screw or vibratory feeders to handle a wide range of products. Tascol bagging machines are legal for trade use.

  • BELT WEIGHING

The Tascol Shore Engineering range of belt weighers has been developed to monitor the rate of flow of bulk products as they are transported along belt conveyors. The design of the weight collection system ensures that very small changes in weight are readily detected (1:10000 of the loadcell capacity).

  • BESPOKE ENGINEERING

Tascol Shore Engineering has a full design service to cater for bespoke engineering projects, from the initial enquiry right through to commissioning and hand-over.

  • CONTINUOUS WEIGHING

Tascol Shore Engineering manufacture a range of continuous weighing machines, including Weigh Belt Feeders from 50 Kg/H to 1,250 TPH, Loss-in-Weight Belt and Screw Feeders, Loss-in-Weight Belt and Screw Feeders.

  • CONTROL SYSTEMS

Tascol Controllers are incorporated into the design of the weighing system, and fitted into an IP65 panel with door mounted isolator, transformer, safety relay, circuit breakers, inverter, motor starters & overloads, and indication / switches as required.

  • WEIGH & DUMP HOPPERS

Tascol Shore Engineering manufacture a range of Large Weigh hoppers, with capacity ranging from 200kg – 3,000kg and dump hoppers with capacities from 1,000kg to 4,000kg. All hoppers can be painted to the client’s RAL colour.

  • THROUGHPUT WEIGHING

Tascol Shore Engineering has a full range of throughput weighers to handle dry goods and free flowing materials from 1 to 250 TPH. Accuracies ±0.01% of Batch Total.
