We require the following information in order to fully understand your requirements and provide a quotation for the correct bagging machinery:

Bulk density when loosely packed.
Particle size of material(s)
Maximum and minimum weights to be filled into bags
Throughput required in TPH or bags per minute.
Size and type of bags to be filled, measured flat.
Are any special materials of construction required? (or coatings)?
Approximate headroom available.

Full mechanical upgrades are available for obsolete bagging machines to include high speed weigh hopper, load cells and mounts, plant wiring, and pneumatics.

Electronic fully automatic gross bagging machine.

Manual or automatic bag placing.
Up to 8 bags per minute.
Fully automatic two speed feed, cut-off and inflight compensation.
Approx 2kg min to 100kg max.
Low headroom.
Accuracy within ±0.5% of bag weight for automatic operation.
Factory set up before despatch.
Adjustable tolerance settings.

Standard supply in low carbon steel with pneumatic bagholder.
Also trade legal to fill FIBCs (Big Bags).

Feeders available: Gravity feed, Screw feed, Belt feed.

Various stainless steel options (304 and 316) ranging from contact parts only right through to a totally stainless steel machine.

Using our Bran+Luebbe controller the system is trade legal to a European Approval R61, and also to NWML Certificate 2682.

Options available:

Simple floor mounted frame to support machine. (POA)
Choose from Gravity, Screw or Belt feed.
Conveyor (2m or 3m) and stitcher or heat sealer.
ATEX Zone 22 rating.
Datalogger package to export production data to Client’s PC.
