The machines comprise an integral pneumatic infeed gate with manual feed restriction, and an integral discharge pneumatic radial gate. The weigh hopper is supported by a high accuracy three load cell arrangement.

Control Options

Historically many of these machines are purchased by engineering companies who provide their own control system. In this case the machine is supplied with all the plant I/O and loadcell connections terminated in two junction boxes.

Basic TA444TT Low Cost Electronic Controller.

  • Bulk Outloading Device or Intake Facility.
  • TPH indication on display.
  • Serial Output RS485 Batch Reports – Time + Date / Cycle No / Total tonnage.
  • Intake valve cut-off function.
  • End of Batch output.
  • Remote operation via digital inputs and outputs, or local operation via panel.

Advanced Bran+Luebbe SWW2000M Intake & Outloading Controller.

  • Trade legal for intake or outloading.
  • Dual user displays.
  • Multiple material inventory.
  • Various serial and data output modes.
  • Analogue outputs.

The above two controllers are supplied in an IP65 enclosure with door mounted isolator, safety relay, transformer, circuit breakers, power supply, and indication / switches as required for the application.
